I had to go to the Endoscopy Unit 2G1 & was terrified about having a bronchoscopy. The receptionist was so welcoming & personable & Cassidy, Mary Y., Dr. Brown, Dr. Wai-Lan Chung, Scott & the whole team were kind, patient & informative. The whole procedure was quick, painless & made all of my worry completely unnecessary. While we hear our medical professionals are overworked & burning out, this team was stellar -- they all deserve kudos, raises & all the respect they definitely earned!
