The owner of the Walter bldg. Thinks he has the right to illegally park in the disabled parking spot just because he owns the building. This is not the first time I've seen his truck in the disabled spot (he has no disabled placard or plates). I'm a disabled veteran and had to park far away (because he was illegally parked in the disabled spot), which caused me pain when I have to walk.
