Do NOT use this company. They are no longer a "neighborly" company. They are constantly the most expensive company. Get everything they promise you in writing and pay with a credit card just in case. Had a small problem they blew up into a large one. I will not use or recommend walt whitman again. Office manager must be costing this business a ton of money. Sales guy shows up, promises x and y. They are constantly the most expensive company. Get everything they promise you in writing and pay with a credit card just in case. Had a small problem they blew up into a large one. I will not use or recommend walt whitman again. Office manager must be costing this business a ton of money. Spoke with our neighbors - they had them over in October. Similar experience, also wont be using them again. What a shame.
If you live on Long Island and you need a fence, Walt Whitman Fence is the place to go. Excellent customer service, price, quality workmanship and installation. Walt and his entire team are simply the best. The installers did a fantastic job and the fence exceeds all expectations. THANK YOU. I will be back!!
The most professional company we have ever dealt with. From our initial meeting with Bill, to the installation by Edwin and Gabriel it was a joy. The installers answered all questions courteously and simply. They did not do anything where there was a doubt of what we wanted without asking.
