Horrible! Vehicle not detailed & ready for my test drive, scheduled 5 days ahead. Lied about distance to location. Failed to provide Carfax after multiple requests - would have saved us a wasted trip. Multiple vehicle crash. Tried to tell us it was a fender bender?! Glue tear in driver seat & failed to point out, glue now all over my suede coat. We were only customers on site for the 2 hours we were there, & even owner/manager Don Smith, seemed not to care that we were being ignored. Stay clear, this is a ripoff dealer!
If I could give 0 stars that would be a more accurate representation of my experience. March 22nd I bought used 2017 Honda CR-V The day of my sale all the warning lights on the dash came on. Was told they couldn’t fix the car that day cause all the service tech had already went home for the day. Since I live in day I wasn’t able to get the car serviced until yesterday March 31st.
