Not trust worthy the service dept didn't do nothing tried to charge me 900 plus Dallors just to get a key made I had to have a different company to come on their property after I paid them 170 for a diagnostic fee that didn't even do so I can get my vehicle started and I bought this vehicle on Harrison Ave location bad customer relations!
Tried to do business with the dealership on a new 2025 ford escape. Posted on multiple websites for over 5k cheaper than what the dealership quoted over the phone. Multiple price variations. I would have include screen shots but cannot.
