Hands down, I fully endorse the service department at Walt Massey Ford in Columbia... My most recent experience involved a warranty claim for a powertrain issue. They took charge, communicated with me regularly, pushed the insurance company and delivered my car back to me as I expected it to be. Altogether a great experience.
Honestly not very professional in my opinion. Came out to my truck after a $170+ oil change and saw grease/oil hand prints and smudges all over both front fenders and the hood as well as the door. Seems the tech didnt wear gloves and touched everything with dirty greasy hands. Also seems no fender protectors were used. Kinda sucks bringing an 80k truck in and see this. I had higher expectations for a ford dealer but was treated like a 10 min jiffy lube place.
