These guys are genuine, the make it happen, and they go above and beyond to make sure your happiness is met. Long story, but in the end a honest mistake was made on their end. Long post, but ill keep it short. Found a truck they had for sale. We made an agreement to purchase. They were "working on a better rate" for my financing, even though I made it VERY clear I had financing approved through my local credit union. 5 days later, they tell me the truck was sold. Walt massey, better to walk passey this place. Honoring their word isnt on their to-do list. All communication was throuhh text, so if anybody needs to see them, let me know
The team at Walt Massey was great! They were able to do my entire deal remotely and delivered my new truck the same day.
