Front lady was not bad but it can be better
Never the same person here to help. Been waiting an hour and half for oil change—still not done even though I was first of the day. No one seems to know what they’re doing in Jeep, they have to borrow people all the time from the other dealership. Going to start going elsewhere even though the drive is 45 minutes. The people who finally do help are nice, but the service department is a mess.

Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Customer service is horrible after you buy a vehicle from them. They refuse to help in away when you have an issue with the vehicle they sold you.
