Great Service.
Staff very rude. Tried to charge me for more than what i had gotten serviced for. Argued me down that my brakes were gone nothing is left, funny how i just had those changed two weeks ago. Not satisfied with how everything was handled and how i was spoken to. Would not recommend going to the Columbia location...ever.
I was well informed of what was going on with my vehicle and how much time it would take to fix. I love that they drop customer off locally. I appreciate how they have refreshments available for customers. The mechanic named Cole was so nice and pin pointed the problem when I bought my vehicle back. I trust him and want him to always service my vehicle!! Thanks Katrina Smith
