Horrible business. I asked questions and he says. You are personal rap you can do what you want, very black and white answers. Never answered more than 10 emails that I had sent with questions about the estate. Wanted to know how much my in-laws were taking out for a loan to purchase a house they were a 3 rd party! James Walt wants his money upfront before he even does any of the work do not pay him any estimated hours what so ever .
