Great guys and super helpful. They know the Yamaha very well.
A bunch of nice, helpful guys. Down to earth, and you don't have to worry about the shady mechanic like other places around town.
This place is ok. Parts-wise, their prices are competitive with any other dealer. They do seem to have more stuff in stock than some of the others. For service... there has to be somewhere better than this. I usually do my own service and maintenance, but I brought in my steering stem to have a bearing installed. I was charged >$70. With a press, this is a 5-minute job at most.
While I cant comment on the rest of the business, the PARTS guys are almost useless. For 3 days, I've called and emailed them requesting (BY SUZUKI CATALOGUE) for a specific part. The phone call went straight over the parts person head (its not an uncommon part) and no responses to emails after 3 days. *** AVOID ***
