I had a very bad experience with cleaning person it was my last day of my stay around 9:30 in the morning when I heard someone trying to open the door my wife was on the shower and my kids getting dressed so i immediately ran to the door and some guy was there I questioned him about it he had no answer and asked me what time was I leaving so I said I’m getting ready and I said my check out was at 11 am so I ask what was he’s name and he refused to say it and stood up like he was trying to to fight me, so I ask for his GM abo... read more

This hotel is massive. The location is great. Rooms nice and clean. Service throughout the facilities and restaurants were pleasant. Pool area was also nice and fun for all ages. Lobby is huge with lots of seating. We loved the connecting bridge to the boardwalk with many eating options. Also walked to the Skyliner and took the water taxi back which has a stop right at the hotel, this is very convenient and free of charge. Hotel has three main restaurants. I stayed at the dolphin for a work conference and enjoyed my time there. Of course it wasn't all just work and we did have some time to enjoy the park. The dolphin is a great hotel. The rooms are really nice, everything is very clean. The service is excellent and the staff are always willing to help. Of course you can't beat the location!
