The good: This hotel is really well located, and you can walk to Hollywood studios and Epcot. The bad: The hotel is really dated - probably 2.5-3 star at best. Double beds here, vs queen beds at the Swan. Unfortunately, our room had COCKROACHES! They scurried about when we tried to our our water bottles into the fridge after unpacking all our luggage. Albergo bellissimo e molto curato in un'ottima posizione. Purtroppo il servizio della Concierge non è stato assolutamente all'altezza dell'albergo. Avevo due persone malate con febbre a 39 e tosse. Sono scesa alla concierge molto preoccupata chiedendo se era possibile che mi fosse mandato un medico in stanza. Dopo un quarto d'ora di domande di ogni tipo, parlando anche al telefono con il servizio medico, mi hanno assicurato che me lo avrebbero mandato subito.
