We dropped our mower off on a Thursday, understanding it may not be fixable. We were told it would be looked at and if it could be fixed they’d let us know. It’s near closing time on a Monday and I call to check on the status. The woman who answered the phone seemed annoyed I called to ask about the mower, saying they send out emails and texts and that’s how they communicate. Took my lawn mower in to get ready for Spring. Did not know I needed an appointment but Deb was very gracious and took my mower. They sent me an estimate by email, I accepted and mower was ready for pickup in a couple of hours. Great people. Don't hesitate to use their service.
