Very disappointed about the customer service at Walstrom Marina. Was trying to find the right boat for my husband’s 40th birthday and we thought we had found it at Walstrom. My husband called and talked to Robert who assured us the process was very easy and said he would be emailing us a quote the same day and we received NOTHING. Purchased a new $650K Chris-Craft in 2024 and had a great purchase experience. However, I'm 150 miles from my home port on my 40' Tiara (which Walstrom sells) and called the service department while on the water in rough seas 15 miles out from Harbor Springs. I asked if they could spend ten minutes looking at a sunroof that wouldn't close to diagnose if it was an easy fix or a more difficult repair. I was told they were fully booked for the week. 2021 Yamaha 15hp wasn’t running right due to improper layup. Brought it to Walstrom and they charged me 400$ to replace spark plugs after I already did, and never addressed the actual problem. Never touched the carb.
