Had them at our house on 12/24/26 to pump out our septic tank (weekend). They did pump the side of the tank which holds the solid waste. They failed to clean the other side out and the filter was not touched. I called the office to speak to the manager and could not speak to him, had to talk to the secretary. Voiced my complaint and asked for the manager to call me back and of course he never called me back. They charged alot for a service they didn't complete. Would not use this company again or recommend them to anyone.
On 8/1-2025 I call them to come and check why I got a deep hole on my yard exactly where my septic tank is.. and they found out that’s lid they had put on when they come to clean my tank had fallen into the well. Because they didn't measure it correctly when they put the lid on and the measurement on my lid was 21x21 and they put 20x20 because of that mistake I had to pay $100 bucks for another lid the correct size and on top of all that it took them 2 weeks to bring my new lid they just came back today 8/14. Terrible service all the way around not professional at all WASTED MONEY
Had septic tank pump on February 23rd 2024. When the tech arrived he dug up one tank. I told him I thought it was a two tank system. He assured me it was not. He charged me $400. Almost a year later, the leach field began stinking and was mushy. I call Walston and expressed my concern that their tech only pump one tank and now only a year later am having issues. We found out we had a water leak near the road on a Thursday about 2 weeks ago. The city came out and said it’s on our side to fix. We called around nobody could come that week. Friday morning he called Waltson, they were here around 9. And job fixed in an hour. I love their speediness and accuracy to fix issue and not over price us or string us along. Hard to find honest help and great customer service. Thank you thank you thank you We will be using them for any other plumbing needs!
