Very rude customer service. I called in for a new quote, talked to the secretary, who was initially not too polite, to then get a phone call back saying "Cindy & Mark told you they were not interested in giving you a quote for this project". First, I was taken by surprise since this is a completely new project I am working on, second by the tone of voice of the secretary.
