We used whaling city for a closing, not only was there a title issue that was missed, it took them over 14 months to get it corrected. This resulted in us having to delay the house listing after it was flipped. Not only was there a massive delay, the communication and updates were absolutely horrible. Phone calls not answered/ returned, texts & emails not replied to, and tons of incorrect guidance.

it was was quicker than I thought to close on out home and I had my son with me and they let him run around while we was signing papers 5 stars thank you so much see ya soon for the next one

They messed up our paperwork during closing and forgot to put one of the names on the deed paperwork. They said just to call a month later and we would draft a new deed and bring it to the registry Ive called three times in a year during business hours and no one ever calls back.
