For decades, they prepared my parents’ taxes and did them so well the relationship was maintained through two out of state moves and my father’s death. Rude, uneducated as to real estate prorations, and profoundly unprofessional individual handling the HOA billings. Needs retraining in regards to reasonable customer relations.
