Racist salon. I had an awful experience at this salon. I came in with a a 3- pack Groupon that was purchased online. I had to call the salon three different times to finally speak to someone to set up an appointment. When I arrived to the salon. for my appointment, the doors were locked and and I had to call the salon number and I was told to wait outside until someone came down to open the door, well the problem is it was a cold rainy day outside. The hair dressers were friendly and I'm sure nice people but it was by far the worst experience I've ever had when it comes to the finished product. After repeatedly telling the stylist my hair goes warm and I don't want warm tones, my hair turned orange. Yikes. She toned it 3 times and then the owner dyed over it, but within weeks it returned and kept getting worse and worse until I went to a professional to get it fixed.
