I don't recommend this company. $1200 for one house is a rip off. There's a real lack of professionalism. Took them weeks to organise themselves and then the evaluations took weeks and went past the court date. After not being willing to pay they started making threats so we paid and did not use them at all. Now it's been weeks since we paid and still no evaluation. We have notified the company they have until Monday or we will be contacting the relevant regulatory body and requesting a full refund based on the circumstances... read more
James recently completed a valuation for our property and wow, what exceptional service!!! James is knowledgeable which you expect from anyone you pay for such things, but on top that he served us beyond our expectations (and his obligations!), is so down to earth and genuine, and he completed our valuation not only speedily but in great detail. Cannot recommend anyone more highly!
