Attorney McClelland is an incompetent liar! McClelland was appointed to represent me at a restitution hearing. At no time was I able to contact McClelland as he accepted no collect calls, refused certifed letters, and was a no show at the only meeting that he had scheduled to meet with me. On 8-13-2009 he urged me to waive my right to appear at the restitution hearing with the promise that he would subpoena the documents that he needed in order to prove my innocence.
