My girlfriend’s rope chain we had purchased somewhere else broke. I was in the area shopping and came across Walsh jewelers. I stoped in on 12-16-25 and showed them the necklace and they said they indeed could fix it but with the holidays it would be a week possibly two. I was totally ok with that. But I received a call TWO days later saying the necklace was completed and ready for pick up. Not only was the repair extremely affordable but very timely and absolutely pleasant to deal with the staff.
