Diane skillfully restrung my pearl necklace and returned it the very next day (less than 24 hours). Her service was also very reasonably priced!
I stopped in here today for a small jewelry repair. The man who helped me was very pleasant and didn't even charge for the small repair. While I was there, I began browsing at rings. I worked with Josephine who was very helpful, knowledgeable and fun to work with. She listened to me and did not try to offer more or upsell me. She offered suggestions that aligned with my tastes and I had a pleasant time with her. I will return and would highly recommend this place!

They have repaired several items for my family since we purchased our homes here. I actually hoped to give them more stars however we were a little taken aback after they recently repaired my wives new broken fresh water pearl necklace.
