We already had an estimate from a local big jewelry store and I was taken back by the high estimate. Came to Walsh to get a second estimate to repair my wife’s 35 year old wedding ring, center head replacement and a few loose channel diamonds. Honestly, this review is a long time coming and well deserved. I'm not sure if words can accurately express my satisfaction with my experiences here, which are numerous and long-standing; but, the people here are simply the best. Every interaction leaves me feeling something that's all too often lost in businesses today, namely, these folks truly care about their customers and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Shawn, Diane, Cindy, thank you for everything you do.
I don’t think I’ll ever be as happy with a jeweler as I am with Walsh Jewelers! After a poor experience at another store, I came to Walsh for an insurance appraisal and was immediately impressed. Shawn answered all my questions, and the appraisal was completed in a fraction of the time and at half the cost. When I made the decision to solder my rings before my wedding next month, I returned to Walsh and once again, they exceeded my expectations.
