I live about halfway between two Honda dealers and chose Walsh Honda's service dept because of their positive reviews. We were not disappointed! We bought a vehicle through a third party company and brought it in to be checked out during our 7 day return window. There were recalls as well as some other items that needed work and Shawn France dealt directly with the third party to get the work paid for without cost to us. When vehicle purchased I had a maintenance package. Called the store multiple times. Was told the morning they were with customers. Called back hours later and was told the same thing. Receptionist was rude and stated “well we’re busy I can put you on hold” while on hold somebody hung up the phone on me. Had to call three times just to have one question answered. They don’t seem to care about the customer after they received the money for the vehicle.

From being rude over the phone to tasteless customer service. I re-arrange my entire morning to get my vehicle serviced, just to arrive and when telling Hunter my son will be paying for my visit over the phone or I can provide his credit card information. I was quickly told my son could not pay over phone the card must be present. I understand fraud, yes, however, the card is keyed in even if I was using my own.
