Bill is great. I felt like I need to give a 5 star because he is trying to help and it looks he takes pride in what he does.
Not helpful at all. I had explicitly asked for the surveyor to talk to me after the job, but he did not stay. They knew why I asked for the survey, but they did not consider any of my concerns. Once you pay, they get very rude if you ask any questions. I do not recommend them.
I had contacted Walsh Engineering after dealing with another surveyor told me our lot line was improperly defined. The other surveyor had a very expensive solution, both in their fees and county fees to fix the problem. Said other surveyor also didn't know how to go the whole process from A to B of fixing the problem. I went to the county, lawyers, realtors, title company, etc, all trying to figure out how to solve the problem., and no one could help.
