Horrible. If I could give negative stars, I would. These guys are total frauds. Had a home generator installed in January 2015. Since then, I've spent $4,000 replacing the poorly installed natural gas line that started leaking. (By the way, when I called them to complain and try to get someone out for a look, I got NO response). On 10/31/2019 during a nasty storm, my automatic transfer switch did not work when the power went out. Turns out that the ATS installation was totally botched.
