Jim and his team were just the Team we needed for our home addition. From his architect helping bring my ideas to life, to his subcontractors being on point with what I wanted for our addition. We hired Walsh Custom Homes for an addition and remodel project on our home. The project occurred between 2/2020 – 6/2020. While working with Jim Walsh we had many problems. Including: 1.Jim informed us that our siding would not be installed per our architect’s blueprints. He insisted we had a verbal agreement on these changes. We never agreed to any changes to our siding and furthermore his contractor’s agreement states that: contractor agreement covers work specified on blueprint only and there are no word of mouth agreeme... read more
