Annette has honestly helped so much in changing my life. I have been going to therapy for over 15 years and I though it was been helpful, nothing has helped more than the work I have done with Annette the past few years working with her. Every therapist I have worked with here has been wonderful, which is pretty unusual. Everyone I have interacted with at Walsh has been a kind, understanding, and wonderful person. Could not recommend y’all more, if anyone is ever looking for a therapist I recommend Walsh to them.
When I first started going to Walsh Counseling, it was amazing. I had been referred by my best friend and, after months on the waitlist, I was lucky enough to be placed with Lauren. She was an incredible counselor—personable, understanding, and easy to talk to. After a bad experience at a prior company where my therapist made me feel like a burden, I was nervous to start again. Phone staff today are EXTREMELY RUDE I don't need to be gaslit by someone who thinks they're the only one working when they aren't. When I say I'll call right back, I obviously mean on the number you called me on. Cannot believe some people would rather be rude than just simply explain that it must have been the person sitting right next to them!!!! "We didn't call you!" it is in my call log and I hit redial.
