I don't know what kind of therapist has you write a letter and essentially has you pour your emotions and heart out to them. Asks you through multiple sessions "do you even want to heal?" Litterally offers ZERO self help or coping mechanisms. Makes you feel judged, ridiculed and crjtisized with little to no empathy, compassion or knowledge of complex PTSD or of what therapy even is supposed to look like . Have had a lovely experience with this place. They got me with a therapist that matched what I needed in a timely manner. The ladies at the office are also very accommodating to rescheduling my session if urgent.
