No new reviews in the last few years, but I tried to call anyway. The number is disconnected.
I called and he responded promptly. I asked about a part and he had one on hand and delivered to my wife at her job and I was able to repair my dryer the same day.
Very last minute with making appointments. As in, calls 15 minutes before he can come and wouldnt set something in stone with me. After the problem with the dryer wasnt fixed after he came to "fix" it, and then new problems arose because of this visit, he kept postponing coming back with a couple different excuses. Still didnt order parts, van breaking down etc, which i was understanding. He said he would call as soon as the parts came in. I bought a house in the Wilmington area in 2014. All the appliances were built in and stayed with the home. Everything else worked fine, except the dishwasher. Walsh repaired the existing one so that I did not have to have it taken out and a new one installed, but it was a temporary fix at best. Now I am wishing I had replaced it with a new one while the home warranty was still in effect.
