I’ve been a customer at most Subaru dealerships in the Twin Cities to get my car serviced (with some pretty bad experiences), but Walser Subaru St. Paul by far has the best customer service. I had a great experience with Ben most recently. He made sure everything was taken care of and did an amazing job answering all my questions - would highly recommend!

They acted like it was a huge surprise when I reported oil issues with my Subaru and quoted an exorbitant amount to try and figure out what the issue was. No one at Walser told me oil consumption was a known issue for Subarus, I had to learn this from going to a different repair shop. They also charge really high prices and recommend services that aren't really needed. I will never go here again.
