They are so slow to do anything! Oil change takes 1.5 hours (can do this in 15 minutes at valvoline). I got new tires put on and was quoted 2.5 hours to do that and it took over 3.5 hours for it to be done! There is no reason for this work to take this long! The work that is done is fine, but always add on 50% additional time to whatever they quote you.
Sold a lemon, can't get a call back from them. Wouldn't trust these people.
I bought engine oil and wipers online and picked them up at this dealership. It was a smooth experience and the parts person even offered to put a ring of tape around the wipers to make them easier to carry out.
I ordered 2 replacement bolt and springs for an exhaust repair. The description on their site read “bolt and spring”. They handed me the bolts only and said the spring were separate. If I wanted them I would have to pay $32 for the springs alone. I showed him my invoice where it said “bolt and spring” and the guy shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t make the catalog”. What the absolute hell!?!
