Ordered a fuel pump in late February. Pump was installed and did not work. Reinstalled old pump and vehicle started right up. Called in and said it was okay to bring back and exchange. Got busy and wasn’t able to, called back today 5/13 and was told I needed to bring the vehicle in for diagnosis before any parts would be warrantied. Last time I buy parts from this specific dealer!
Best parts price in the TC area. Would highly recommend.
They are so slow to do anything! Oil change takes 1.5 hours (can do this in 15 minutes at valvoline). I got new tires put on and was quoted 2.5 hours to do that and it took over 3.5 hours for it to be done! There is no reason for this work to take this long! The work that is done is fine, but always add on 50% additional time to whatever they quote you.
Sold a lemon, can't get a call back from them. Wouldn't trust these people.
I bought engine oil and wipers online and picked them up at this dealership. It was a smooth experience and the parts person even offered to put a ring of tape around the wipers to make them easier to carry out.
