Emily was excellent. She got my information quickly and let me know every step of the way what was going on and when I could get my vehicle.

Friendly staff, good communication regarding the status of our repair. We are 3 months past the 5 yr / 60000 mile warranty with 55K miles on the car. GM has issued a service bulletin, this was how Walser knew what the problem was yest we had to pay for the repair????
