Their system had canceled my appointment, even though it had sent me two reminders the day before. They said they could get me in anyway, and I could wait in the lobby. An hour and a half later I got a text with my video inspection and to let them know if I had any questions. It was a routine oil change and tire rotation, so I didn’t have any questions. Wonderful , kind , knowledgeable and timely staff!
Simon is the man. There was a frequent squeaking/chirping sound coming from the dash of a used car I bought that was driving me crazy. He opened up the dash and tightened the radio/cd player apparatus which fixed the issue! He also replaced the muffler insulation, wipers and rear seatbelt and did it all in a short timeframe while providing us excellent customer service.
