I had a great experience at Walser Mitsubishi Burnsville. John was fantastic — professional, friendly, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. He even called the next day after the sale just to check how everything was going, which says a lot about his level of care and customer service. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely follows through like that. The entire team was welcoming and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.
I had to bring my vehicle in for some warranty work, and I absolutely LOVE this place!! Everyone there was so helpful, knowledgeable and courteous to me. I had to wait a bit, but didnt faze me in the least, as I talked to a very young gentleman in sales named Marchon that made time go fast. The GM even came over to talk and thanked me for my business! I have had the best experience here! I just bought a car with Stephanie from sales who was wonderful for the whole process and even after! A few days after I bought the car a few issues cropped up. I let Stephanie know and almost immediately she helped me work with the service team to get it all sorted out. Simon on the service team has also been wonderful!
