Ed was great to work with, incredibly helpful and a fun guy. He helped put my worries at ease when I was suddenly thrown into purchasing a new car, was not at all pushy, and answered any and all questions I had. When a minor issue with the used vehicle I test drove was noted, it was fixed right away without cost, ready for me to purchase the next day. The process of financing and filling out paperwork was quick and simple. Everyone here is compassionate and an absolute joy to be around!
My wife and I visited the Walser Mitsubishi dealership to look at a Toyota Highlander. We were greeted by Tatjana, who was absolutely wonderful — polite, professional, and easy to work with. I want to be clear that our sales experience with Tatjana was excellent. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
