I had a great experience working with Caleb at Burnsville Mitsubishi. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Caleb addressed every concern we had with confidence and professionalism, and he did it all with a positive attitude and a smile. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping his customers. Highly recommend asking for Caleb if you’re in the market for a vehicle!

Unprofessional and frustrating experience. We were working directly with Dominic and went through the entire process — financing approval, paperwork sent to the bank, and preparing to finalize the purchase. At the last moment, we were informed that the vehicle had been sold to someone else. This is unacceptable. If a dealership is serious about customer service, they should hold the vehicle once financing and paperwork are already in progress. I bought a car here end of January. When I purchased it, the salesman said if I ever need service I could call and they could tell me if what I needed done is under warranty. Two months later, I'm getting random BRAKE! warnings and I needed to use the YIELD button and realized it's coming detached from the dashboard. My Wife and I were in the market for another vehicle used or new. We had the opportunity to work with Ed, which he made the process as easy as possible. We came into Burnsville Mitsubishi to look at an outlander which was sold prior to use walking into the dealership. We ended up walking out with a Jeep Gladiator.
