This service center is sooo terrible. They had to warranty an oil pan gasket seal. $10 silicone seal. Charged me $270. They couldn’t even get that right! I get it home & there’s oil everywhere!! Way worse than before!! In order to seal the oil pan you have to let the oil out & it was due for an oil change so I told him to change the oil and he Nicholas said yes of course. Had link covers replaced on a brand new cx50 with less than 2k miles. This required the headliner to be taken off. The issue I have is the mechanics left my headliner full of black spots from their fingers. As you can imagine of course I'm upset and didn't realize how many there were until I actually looked a few days later. I kept finding them. Now I have to pay someone to clean the headliner, which isn't easy.
I bought one of the Walser cars from Pennsylvania and wanted it shipped here. There is a long process involved, but they rushed it for me. The car came immaculately clean and running in tip-top shape. I was very pleased. I recommend Walser to anybody looking for a car.
