Dropped my car off on 2/5 with an appointment. I then continued to sit there for 4 hours because they said we will give you an answer today. It’s is now 2/14 and am picking up my car tomorrow. Called over 10 times no answers no communication at all. Never gave update, we had to ask.
Great place to work and buy a car. Showroom and service department are top notch
Still waiting on my car to get fix.. they never call to give any update on the vehicle. Nope. No thanks. Absolutely not. Take whatever length of service they give you and multiply by at least 5. Poor communication (I had to call and check on their progress multiple times) and the advisor actually had no clue what the technician was doing to my car. 5 days after I dropped my car off for a valve replacement, and after I called for the third time, I was told that they were 'wrapping up as we speak.'
