I had called three times in the span of 48 hours to request a price quote on a repair. Leah was the first person I talked to at 11:45am on 1/21/26 and she was very polite on the phone and told me she'd give me a call back once she had the information for me. Fast forward to 3:30pm on the same day, I hadn't received a call back so I called again to get an update and spoke with a Sharon or Shannon (don't really care to remember her name). They called me to get my car in for service. I showed up at the appointment time and sat there for 3 hours with no communication. When I asked for an update i was told they hadn't even started yet. They didn't have the technicians available to do the work. They shouldn't have scheduled an appointment if they didn't have the right people to do the work.

Dropped my car off on 2/5 with an appointment. I then continued to sit there for 4 hours because they said we will give you an answer today. It’s is now 2/14 and am picking up my car tomorrow. Called over 10 times no answers no communication at all. Never gave update, we had to ask.
