My daughter's car was towed to Walser after being stolen. It has been a nightmare trying to reach their service department. I have left several voicemails and we are unable to get details on the repairs. My daughter was sent a PDF of needed repairs, but it was not for her car. My daughter tried to let the dealership know that the information was for the wrong car, and again cannot get in touch with anyone. Overall very good experience, our sales consultant Adewolu Samson helped us find the best deal and showed us all possible options We came in with our toddler couple of times and we took lot of time as we were distracted with the toddler, but again thanks to Samson for showing all the patience To add I love all the features Hyundai gives even with lower trim models - I believe no one can beat this, love the app where we will get advanced features for free throughout (this is in progress to fix though- it has some issues)
