We took our Santa Fe in for an oil change with a 7:00 appointment time 2 1/2 hours later still waiting for it. We also had it in at a different Walser dealer prior for the warranty issue with oil consumption. It was now reported as low oil again but this dealer refuses to document it on our report. The person on the phone who said she was the service manager would not answer my question as what they were doing for over 2 hours but got rude with me.

Unfortunately my buying experience was terrible. My fiance and I have been looking for a car and we really liked a mitubishi outlander here and the buying experience was the worst I've had in my entire life. My fiance did most of the negotiation on the car and there were quite a few people who were speaking to him telling him different things.
