Great service
Horrible service, after waiting eight hours to have a switch fixed for my hrv the wipers, they broke my whole infotament system. Not only did they NOT offer to fix the part they broke they wasted my time another day for an additional five hours to tell me they don’t know what broke and said I have to pay out of pocket for a whole new infotainment system. Don’t trust these slimy people from top to bottom they are grimy.
Courteous, fast service, with great patience while answering questions and love the video tour of your vehicle as they service it. Highly recommend.
Apparently, it’s “not uncommon” for the rotors on a two-year-old Honda Passport with fewer than 18,000 miles to warp and fail. Which is concerning unto itself.. What’s even more disappointing is being charged $110 for a diagnosis after I was specifically told there would be no diagnostic charge. I purchased this vehicle brand new from this dealership, and this is absolutely not the level of service or customer care I expected. Extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I had an appointment scheduled for 6:00 PM and was only about 10 minutes late because of heavy rush-hour traffic. I even texted my salesperson, Sam, to let him know I was running late. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk kept telling us that Sam was coming, but we stood there waiting for over 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us or offering any assistance.
