Apparently, it’s “not uncommon” for the rotors on a two-year-old Honda Passport with fewer than 18,000 miles to warp and fail. Which is concerning unto itself.. What’s even more disappointing is being charged $110 for a diagnosis after I was specifically told there would be no diagnostic charge. I purchased this vehicle brand new from this dealership, and this is absolutely not the level of service or customer care I expected. Extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I had an appointment scheduled for 6:00 PM and was only about 10 minutes late because of heavy rush-hour traffic. I even texted my salesperson, Sam, to let him know I was running late. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk kept telling us that Sam was coming, but we stood there waiting for over 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us or offering any assistance. Charged me twice to do a vehicle inspecition. Gave excuses why they had to do the 2nd one. Overall rude staff, I'd take my car somewhere else if you have a choice.
