Ben was awesome, I dropped my car off and they got me a free Lyft ride to and from work while my car was being serviced. Everything was communicated extremely well and Ben was not pushy to try and get unnecessary services done on my car.
It was difficult scheduling an appt at Walser Honda Service. The phone system tries to get you to use the website to schedule an appointment and gives you an excuse about staffing shortages when requesting to speak to an advisor. I needed to speak to an advisor so they knew to order the parts for the recall ans give me dates when they could perform recalls - this information isn’t available on the website. Parts department helped me find parts and locate problem based on description of how vehicle was running. Extremely helpful!
Horrible service, Went in for oil change but not sure if it was done. The oil still black!!!!
