I was needing some help figuring out some of the technology on my new 2026 Honda CRV. Jason at Walser walked me through the steps & patiently explained how to navigate the various functions & answered my questions. He was very kind & helpful.

Jake recommended several maintenances required in a vehicle I had just purchased the week before. He was honest and clear and gave me the recs in writing. I went back to Justin in sales and they made it right, even though they could have told me too bad and screwed my over. I was relieved and happy with the honesty and service. Would trust them again. I also appreciate the video they send you showing you what they are fixing.
We have a 2023 Honda Odyssey we purchased new from Walser. We’ve had ongoing issues with both electronic rear sliding doors getting stuck and not closing fully. When this happens the open/close buttons at the driver's position or in the back seat no longer work. The only way to get the door to close at that point is to manually close it. We have now brought the van in twice to Walser to get the issue fixed.
