They did my warranty engine replacment a couple years ago and it was a terrible experience. They originally ordered the wrong engine and damaged my replacment on install. My oil pan was dented and almost obliterated my oil pickup, my variable valve timing was broken, and they broke off my wiring harness bracket so my wiring harness sits freely now. My car was making terrible noises when starting. Kelly listened to my issues and staff didn't give up as it took 3 days to get this resolved and kept me in the loop all the time. Thanks to all of you in the service department; you are very much appreciated.
