Very rare that they answer the phone. Communication is awful. Showed up weeks after originally planned. Would not use them again.
I have not used their service so this is a review about their costumer service. I originally sent an email inquiring about adding some track lighting to my business which they didn't respond to until I gave them a call and told them that I had emailed and asked for a quote. After they gave me their quote, I approved the job and I asked when they can complete it. They told me the following week.
