I highly don’t recommend renting from these people I have been fighting problems and birds in my apartment since last year I never get no response from any of them about fixing it I haven’t even Hurd from my landlord since 2024.
Apparently, if you don’t currently live in the county, they will not rent to you. Communication is very poor. The man that I spoke to was very rude. The woman that I spoke to was also extremely rude.
I had a great experience with Nate and the team! I saw a house I was interested in renting and unfortunately I was too late. The original tenant fell through and they contacted me asking if I was still interested. This was my first time navigating renting and living on my own. Nate and the team were great at communicating and helped me through each step I needed to take. When I walked into my home for the first time, there was a welcome gift. This added touch meant so much to me! I strongly recommend Nate and his team!
Prior to selling my home, I considered renting it. Tara walked me through all the good and bad sides and gave me all the information I needed to make the right choice for me and my family. Although I can't speak to the property management side since I ultimately ended up selling, I can speak to their professionalism and thorough knowledge of the area. Thank you!
