Proactive property management scammed me out of my money. They gave us the run around about the house. We never even got to see the house. They added more fees on every time we got close to seeing the house. Then when we asked for a refund something wrong happened and more fees .
Called guy answered we talk for a few minutes then he says I'm done with this conversation says he has things to do and hangs up It was like he just wanted information and didnt want to give any out Also was using "GIS" system which shows ownership of a property but this system takes sometimes more than 2 years to update so he was saying my property registered to someone else Inexperienced and rude Wouldn't recommend Wouldn't recommend
Doesn't stick to his word. Was only trying to get information. On when to meet up with him and he ignored me. Then he told me to get off his property. He is a really bad business man, slum lord. From what I heard from everyone who lives in the trailer park that he is a bad landlord, he doesn't answer calls, or texts. And he gets easily mad for everything. When I was trying to figure everything out. So I will stay away from this landlord because be doesn't keep his word when he is mad at you.
