Doesn't stick to his word. Was only trying to get information. On when to meet up with him and he ignored me. Then he told me to get off his property. He is a really bad business man, slum lord. From what I heard from everyone who lives in the trailer park that he is a bad landlord, he doesn't answer calls, or texts. And he gets easily mad for everything. When I was trying to figure everything out. So I will stay away from this landlord because be doesn't keep his word when he is mad at you.

He cut the sewer line so he could condemn the house and kick my daughter and her two year old out with no where to go
I have lived in one of Nate’s properties for almost 3 years now with him as my landlord and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone. He has prioritized any issue that I have brought to him and handled it quickly. He has made sure my daughter and I have lived in a safe housing environment and anything that has needed to be fixed has been fixed immediately. He has beautiful properties and is all together a very understanding and great landlord. Thank you Walrod Realty for everything!
