I have gone back and forth about posting this review as I know how difficult it can be to please everyone, knowing bad news travels quickly. This review is not to harm their business but to share my experience. We built custom with Walraven 2021-2022. They are nice people, had some good suggestions, and did what they could to help us stay in budget. The architect they work with is also great. We purchased a new construction that Walraven had already built--AKA a spec home. We had looked at a lot of new construction homes and found Walraven had the perfect mix of extra features that bring value and functionality to the home while not breaking the budget. The quality of work is exactly what you hope to get when buying a home--things are square, flush, and built to last. The final walk through was very extensive and they made sure we were happy at closing. I would highly recommend Walraven homes!
Matt is very responsive whenever I need to get a hold of him for anything. My entire experience with Walraven has been that their team are good to work with and we had no issues at all. With the way the home building market is so open right now, I always and confidently recommend Walraven to everyone.
Walraven Construction is a fantastic company to work with. They were always very responsive throughout the project, there was never an unreturned call. They did great work and I can't thank them enough.
