There is no option to give zero rating, otherwise I would have given that rating. I have not seen any other company that provides such poor customer service and is very rude. Miscommunication about offers, repeated texts about promotional offers and when I approach them to avail the offer, I am being insulted. If I cannot avail the offer why do I get their offers via texts and emails? At least the terms and conditions should be clear.

Walpole Wash House is great! The owners and employees are so friendly and the care they took of my vehicle was top notch. The facility is state of the art and I am a lifetime customer!
