AHS sent this company to my house when our garage door stopped working. I'm sure I'm not spelling this correctly, and I apologize; but Manu was great! He arrived early, and quickly figured out the problem in no time. We've had no problem with our garage door ever since!
I had a wonderful experience with Choose The Right Door today! They were polite and helpful on the phone, got to me as quickly as they could, and were communicative. When the technician arrived he was professional and kind, and quick to diagnose the issue. He truly went over and above to help solve the problem and help me understand everything. He even taught me how to maintain my garage door to prevent future issues. Truly a great experience, I would recommend to anyone!
Excellent customer service. Very honest.
Owner tried to tell me my home warranty would not cover my motor when it clearly did. Then refused to come back after install to address issue. His assistant refused to return calls then hung up on me when I reached her. Do not use this company.
