Have been trying to call them for a general inquiry, despite being the first person in queue, noone connected with me on call after I waited for 10 minutes, seems like others' time has no value !!!
Had my first telephone consultation with Dr Lee today, very impressed, I actually enjoyed our conversation. She came across as caring, efficient and informative. More importantly Dr Lee was not condescending or judgemental but a realist. Too many GPs just lecture, Dr Lee listened and advised.
Spoke to a receptionist today concerning my blood test that she was cancelling, she was so hostile, rude and curt towards me. didn’t let me get a a word out, kept cutting me off mid sentence and dropped the call before I could speak.
