Canceled our deals because we needed to get some info taken care of and it took too long. We were scheduled to close on 10/1. As we were actively getting the info to them they called tonight cancelling our deals. It’s funny they because Mellisa deal laughed and joked on the phone about other competitors doing that same thing right at the closing table. Guess they aren’t any better. As a major Broker in upstate NY They don’t realize it now but they just lost out on Millions of dollars in business.
