I am very pleased with my experience working with Chance. I have only been here a few months and any issues I have had, (very few and very minor) have been addressed almost immediately. I absolutely love how quiet it is. I don’t worry about my safety or any drama. Chance and his team have done some major work to these apartments and you can definitely tell. My wife and I just moved into the Walnut Square Apartments not long ago, and we are attending Henderson State University. These apartments have been under new management for about a month now and you can tell they really care about the place. All the reviews below mine are from previous management and I wouldn’t base your decision off of them.
