The doctors are excellent. However you could call 3 times a day every day for week and no one will pick up the phone. Leave a message and no return calls. You could get lucky refilling a script if someone checks messages and you might get a text. Will keep trying but won't get my hopes up

Referrals not sent several times to other Doctors. I would have to call several times just to get a referral sent. When I talked to Bobbi about this she proceeded to tell me that she was tired of dealing with patients with diabetes and chronic pain and she sometimes felt like quitting. I had to sit and listen to a lecture for THEIR mistake. In this same appt she proceeded to tell me that when I had another flare up to come in ( no appt. needed) to get blood work done.
