I made an appt with Dr Krueger because I couldn’t see my Dr that I normally go to. They are with the same group so I called and they were able to take me the next day, which is fine. I have never had any kind of problems with seeing Dr. Thomas, Dr. Krueger or a Dr in the Seguin office. The staff in all three offices have always been professional and I highly recommend any of these Drs. Don’t just take my word for it, check it out yourself. You have to do what is right for you and your family.
This Practice has the most rudest, Unprofessional & Disrespectful Staff I've ever encountered since leaving my Healthcare up to the Veterans Administration over ten years ago. Dr. Kruger however, has very good ' Doctor/Patient skills. He was not present to hear 'conversation' by the Practices Staffer that resulted in this negative Review.
Great team of people for our hometown. Easy to talk to and helpful front desk, clean exam rooms, helpful staff (& fast) when I or my family members need med refills. Wonderful guidance for my health & wellness. Our LV family highly recommends WSFH-LV ! Thanks you Team Krueger for all you do.
Insanely busy and kind of loud. Doesn't feel personal. Have to go to and make an appointment to make future appts.
Fighting for appointments. Fighting for referrals. They don’t use email so if I need a simple record it must be picked up. I ran out of a medication and have been waiting over a week for it just for them to tell Heb I need an appointment for a refill but fail to tell me. It’s Saturday they’re not open I was just seen not 3 months ago and now they’re withholding my LIFE SAVING MEDICATION until I get an appointment. It’s not a vitamin I need this medication to live.
