Fighting for appointments. Fighting for referrals. They don’t use email so if I need a simple record it must be picked up. I ran out of a medication and have been waiting over a week for it just for them to tell Heb I need an appointment for a refill but fail to tell me. Krueger is a great physician and the staff are good I don't know why though it takes weeks for a prescription to be ok from desk to 40 foot behind it as far as some other reviews I have seen well the staff is not rude and I'm guessing if go to your appointment unprepared then your holding up progress and time is money I just want see prescription refills ok sooner
Unfortunate that a professional medical facility can only rate one star. Dennis the PA is good and I would have liked to continue seeing him. However, it is not worth it when you have to deal with his incompetent office staff. I called to schedule an appointment for my husband and the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional bc I was not sure if I had an HMO or PPO. We just changed health plans.
