Insanely busy and kind of loud. Doesn't feel personal. Have to go to and make an appointment to make future appts.
Fighting for appointments. Fighting for referrals. They don’t use email so if I need a simple record it must be picked up. I ran out of a medication and have been waiting over a week for it just for them to tell Heb I need an appointment for a refill but fail to tell me. It’s Saturday they’re not open I was just seen not 3 months ago and now they’re withholding my LIFE SAVING MEDICATION until I get an appointment. It’s not a vitamin I need this medication to live. Krueger is a great physician and the staff are good I don't know why though it takes weeks for a prescription to be ok from desk to 40 foot behind it as far as some other reviews I have seen well the staff is not rude and I'm guessing if go to your appointment unprepared then your holding up progress and time is money I just want see prescription refills ok sooner
