I just had 4 new leaf springs installed on my rv that wasn’t purchased at Walnut Ridge. Ross Rozelle did a FANTASTIC job of getting our rv back to us so we could take a scheduled, paid for vacation. The communication was flawless and Ross was super responsive. The work performed was flawlessly as well. My hats off to the mechanics. I know where I’m going for my next rv and any service I may need.
Through diligence and perseverance all items on my repair lists have been completed. I know my service advisor, Ashley Witham, put forth a lot of effort to make this happen. Also Steve Young helped a lot to make the necessary repairs. My kudos to Walnut Ridge RV for rewarding their help for outstanding customer care. Robert Owens 6/20/24
