Camper had hail damage. We worked with Ross Rozelle. He is very considerate, kind and keeps in touch throughout the whole situation. He told us he wants to get us back camping as much as we want to be back camping. I highly recommend him. Will continue to use him for all future repairs.

We were trading our 2019 for a 2020 Cougar fifth wheel. We started the process the first part of July. I sent the salesman all the pictures of ours that he asked for including the picture that thoroughly showed some damage to the side of the camper that they would need to know because they would probably want to fix it before resale. Terrible- terrible-Terrible-Drove a hour and 10 minutes to meet Tanner that was supposed to have the 2018 Thor class A pulled up front and ready for us to check out wasn’t even at work and the best part the rv was sold-best part staff acted like we should feel honored just to be there- bad work ethic’s- probably wouldn’t buy anything now because if that’s how they operate I’m sure there rvs aren’t good either- told tanner he owed me gas money- let’s see if I get paid. Stay Away
