After 2 years, the punchlist of problems with my apartment I submitted before move-in have not been resolved even after I brought it to the property manager's attention. Spent over a month of last summer with a portable A/C in ONE room because they couldn't get the central air functioning properly below 86F. They left the tile uncaulked around the tub, paint on the floors, cracked electrical plates, a broken bedroom door that has a hole punched in it, a bathroom door that won't close properly...
