Excellent communication and service by every staff member throughout the process of home ownership. My wife and I purchased our first house through DR Horton and it was a very smooth experience. Any issue we have had since, DR Horton's great staff of Zavier Whitaker and Charles Baker were immensely helpful when called upon. We are very happy to be living in the wonderful community of Ashville, Ohio. And we would recommend buying a home with DR Horton without reservation.

I’d highly recommend Zavier to anyone. He will go anywhere at anytime and get the job done. Always reliable and will explain / communicate the whole process very thoroughly!

Zavier has been an outstanding partner in helping my clients. He is effective in explaining the entire new build process, he communicates regularly, and truly cares about creating a great experience! He has been a great partner and I look forward to working with Zavier again in the future.

I had a great consultation with Zavier Whitaker and my clients. He was never pushy and answered all of our questions to the best of his knowledge and even went out of his was to meet with us on short notice despite the distance.
